For many scenarios people seem to want in non monogamy, things like wanting a threesome, or not wanting emotional connection, would easily be solved by simply hiring a consenting prostitute.

I see it suggested often, yet, people seem to have so many hangups on it. Obviously societal factors and cost come into play, the social shame, etc.

People are entitled to their preferences, but I'd think non monogamous people wouldn't be whorephobic and that's what I feel like it is sometimes.
