Resources for handling jealousy

Hi, I'm 20 (nb) and in a LTR with my gf. She wants my consent to make out and possibly more with other women and also has now asked several times for threesomes. I want her to have the experiences she can't have with me and I'm also open to different kinds of threesomes. However, I do still struggle with jealousy, so I'm asking for resources on how to handle jealousy better as well as tips for common ground rules that are used. It often helps me to realize things like "oh, I'd actually feel more comfortable with the idea, if we set this ground rule".
