Hey. I don't know if I'm (30m) being paranoid but my partner (29f) proceeds to not give me any updates when they go on a first date with someone new.

By updates I dont mean constant updates, but just the occasional hey I'm doing well. I ask her to let me know if there are any changes in plans just give me a heads up. Perfect example, today my partner went out for dinner with someone new today. She told me she would be back before 9. It is 3:30 in the morning. I have work at 8 and I can't sleep because she isn't answering my texts.

I dont want to seem like I'm being dramatic, but I told her before that if it is a big change of plans please let me know so I dont think something bad happened. I dont know if this is just a rant, but I hate when she does this.
