Hey y'all ! I'm in a very common situation so I'll make it short

I (27M) have been with my gf (28F) for 9 months and we've always been open.

I hate condoms and can't reliably come with them. To me, open = thrill of the chase but no sexual pleasure.

We've been dealing with an std for 6 months so condoms all the time. I'm fine with it because I know it's temporary. My gf is getting frustrated because I haven't come in the last 5 times we've been together but we're almost at the end.

Now my gf told me she wants to stop the pill. I am fully supporting that idea as I told her to look into it months ago. But that means condoms for the rest of my life and it depresses me.

I've wanted to get a vasectomy for years and freeze my sperm because accidents scare me but she's squarely opposed to it, saying it's a last resort

Can you tell me your experience with going full condom? Am I overreacting by wanting the vasectomy I've been wanting for years? Basically talk some sense into me please

Edit : condoms would also be another barrier to stds to protect my gf
