Being judged for telling my brother and sister I'm a hotwife?

I've been getting messages from people judging me for one of my comments:
We're open with everyone about our open marriage (family, friends, and coworkers) but only a few know about my gangbangs. My husband finds it's weird that I told my brother and sister about my gangbangs but they've always been open-minded.
Is this really considered to be so taboo? My siblings and I have always been close but I've been getting the most judgmental messages.
