Help creating relationships agreements (Therapist Assigned Pre Opening)

So I made this post a couple hours ago asking for help about relationship agreements but I think I was misunderstood.
So the therapist wanted us to make a list talking about what we would need personally in our ‘current’ relationship to feel comfortable enough to start actually seeing others.
Ex: I’d Like to not argue for a week straight before we open
I’d like to increase our ___ before we open
And etc. this is what she wanted us to try and do.
So any help on some stuff you guys needed to work on before actually opening act?
