Need some guidance.

My wife and I [M] are very slowly working our way into enm, first with just online chats and pic sharing. Most of it I found to be very fun and interesting, especially the amount of attention she was getting. I am struggling with a few aspects of this, though, and am in need of someone who has experience in managing some feelings of fear, jealousy, and confusion. I'm aware that it's seated in childhood trauma, which I'm actively trying to work through. Thanks in advance.
