I know there are lots of posts about this, but I guess I just need to type these words out.
For me (30s M), the process of exploring non-monogamy has felt so invalidating. Part of why I started down this path was to explore some aspects of myself, namely my bisexuality. But the emotional toll this has all taken has been so substantial that I find myself thinking I should just go back to identifying as the straight, boring, vanilla, dad guy that everyone seems to think I am.
