I don't understand what non-duality is whatsoever even though I have been reading and learning. I just don't understand its practical application to life.
Are you (but I guess there's no you or me or whatever) not supposed to strive to do anything? Because striving = desire and desire = attachment and attachment = bad? Are you not supposed to enjoy food or clothes or music or any thing else if its is all an illusion and a product of attachment?
How are these teachings supposed to be applied to life? How is it supposed to change what I actually do?
