Shift in baseline reality and no-self

Post Body

I had what felt like a major shift a few days ago that I thought was worth writing about.

I was doing an exercise which was basically - "I am awareness being aware of awareness." Someone told me it would "make the jhanas seem like child's play" which I was skeptical about at first, but it's been pretty wow.

Sensate perceptions start to shift and change, there is this bleeding of everything into everything. Many of the states I've experienced the last year or so reappeared but stronger...but I am not a state (can't be, since "I" don't exist!) I try not to think or cognize it too much, preferring to return my attention to awareness.

Feel a lot more unexplained joy - I am sat chit ananda, infinite bliss. As Wheeler and others have said,

if you are missing the joy part, the understanding is still too conceptual - now it's much more real.

The nature of infinity is seen as all, continually expanding. Things that I read before now make a lot more sense, like Adyashanti saying "the entire cosmos is your body"

Since Jan, I had seen clearly there was no I, time or space, but it did not become my moment to moment reality. There's just this and there has not been anything else since the beginning of space-time. :)

I am That, as is all else, springing forth and gone in the same moment. Also glimpsed before but now more than an instant's recognition.
