Looking for the looker

I’ve been meditating consistently for a short while now and I’ve encountered some real insights. From my use of the app I’ve noticed that most of Sam’s non-dual instructions become clearer over time but my past few experiences have challenged this notion. When I first started using the app the words “look for the looker” made no sense to me. Then, at some point, it just clicked. Now that I’ve consistently experienced this perspective and received other pointers to the same effect, the “look for the looker” instruction has begun to seem a bit contrived. Now whenever I hear this instruction I fall into this habit of trying to effort it’s implication into being. On the flip-side, as a result of where I am in my practice, this perspective shift seems to now come about effortlessly whenever I remember to experience it.
