Is my pay fair ?

Hello, quick and short, I work for a large steel casting corporation in the United States, up to 8 ton castings. I am required to have UT level 2, RT level 2 (Perm radiographic facility with cobalt 60, 110 curies) I also have to be forktruck certified. Hazmat shipping certified due to receiving type B sources. I am carded through the state of Illinois. My pay is 22.50 an hour. How does this sound to all of you for this experience. We also have to have PT level 2 but I do not possess that yet.
