just gonna start this off by saying I’m a straight guy so nothing intimate here haha. (Might be some NSFW here though.)

Basically the dream started where I was a surgeon and the hospital was flooded with patients so I guess I was the only one assigned to this new person coming in? but like, I didn’t know how to be a surgeon. The new person that came in was Noel and he had immense chest pain. I think people thought he had a heart attack or something like that, and I knew it was Noel. I was like, “fuck, if this doesn’t go well my idol, the dude that has got me through so much is gonna die in my hands. His life depends on me now. He trusts me, cuz I’m a ‘surgeon’ but I don’t know how to help him!” So we have him on the stretcher table thing and i have to do something. But I don’t know what to do. I’m a surgeon but I don’t know any of the procedures a surgeon would go through in this situation. So I just grab a scalpel, and I think I stab somewhere near his chest. I don’t even put gloves on I’m just kinda in shock and I know I have to do something with the items I have and the body in front of me. So after a bit of trying to figure out where I’m...digging with the scalpel, a massive vein/tube pulses from the side of his arm. (Kinda like a huge vein just pulsing out- but it isn’t any of his veins.) Then this is where I know what’s going on as a surgeon. It’s a massive worm. And by me cutting something and blood coming out of his chest, the worm is now panicking and wants to get out. So the thing crawls up his arm and goes for his neck. I look at Noel, idk why we didn’t give him drugs to sleep but he looks at ME, and then he starts choking and I’m like “holy shit this worm is constricting Noel, and it’s trying to leave through his mouth.” So then I get it out and that’s it. I saved Noel, even though I did cut around his chest. It’s alright though, Samaritan law or whatever haha.

I stg if somebody steals this and sends it to him on his stream as their own... I copyright this dream. Rights reserved n shit. I’m just saying this cuz I don’t watch his streams
