Hourglass Syndrome/Posture

Anybody else find that they habitually keep their abdomen tensed? Went down a rabbit hole on hourglass syndrome after noticing that I keep my stomach tensed subconsciously, and I think that it was definitely exacerbating my symptoms (mainly gurgles).

Been trying to keep my stomach relaxed through diaphragmatic breathing, as well as general improvements to posture, and it seems to be helping so far. Just food for thought.
