I love the stomach area, rubbing, massaging working out the knots of stress and tension, playing with belly buttons. To me it's all about making the other person feel good and giving pleasure. I've also found that doing this can also help to relieve stomachaches and indigestion.
It's just a massage - nothing else - I can't emphasize that strongly enough. I'm open to all shapes, body sizes and genders. I've found that, for reasons I don't understand, runners, soccer players, and wrestlers seem to have more stomach issues than others.
How long a massage is basically up to you. For most people about a half hour is good. Some need more time because they're very stressed or their stomach is very upset.
