Hi guys. So, lemme preface this by saying it's been a real long time since I've enjoyed the pleasantness of NO2 for an prolonged session... I used to do it all the time years ago, but had to focus on other things and just haven't even thought about it for awhile. But, was watching Hamilton's Pharmacopeia episodes, and REALLY got me in the mood and decided to indulge yet again, even though it's been years. Things have definitely changed. I used to get them locally, but they seem harder to find nowadays, so I started browsing online, only to discover the awful quality being spread around with awful QC with leftover oils and black soot and scamming people with low amounts of nitrous, including ones with none at all, and abundance of duds...

I've tried to research to figure out a reliable source; a place online that you know will have good stuff, but it's been difficult. I did find Supreme Whip, but before I ordered, I decided to check out reddit, since I forgot to check here... And here I am, only to learn some new things... So I see a bunch of people talking about the good experiences and good quality of the isi ones, but also have seen others saying conflicting things...

Basically, I'm here to ask and try and find out what would be the most reliable source to get from online (do they support returns/refunds due to defectives? free shipping? good customer service? good prices for good brands? etc), and which brands I should be focusing on. Also, if there's anyone around here that lives on this side of PA (I live in the suburbs outside of Philly), it'd be HUGELY appreciated and monumentally helpful if you could instead just point me to a good shop or place to get from semi-locally... And thanks in advance for everyone that can help me out and steer me in the right direction, cuz I really want to have a good time asap, and all of this has now hindered my plans to do it anytime real soon, so I'm hoping I can get answers pretty quick...
