Anyone have any experience acquiring and filling a 10L~ tank by posing as a Baking company?

Not sure what regulations (USA) are in place/how strict gas filling companies are, but I had this thought recently. It would be a lot more economical than buying a few boxes of chargers all the time.
If thats not feasible, does anyone have any experience just manufacturing their own NO2? the chemical process is very simple and easy from what I've read. Just not sure how to go about taking the gas and filling it into a tank.
