The sound I got this morning.

Not trying to spam the Reddit just looking for advice.
1) With the heat this morning it gave me the same sound but now it’s not pushing any air out.
2) Even with AC on as someone one suggested I get the same results, loudness.
I will check the fuse, and cabin air filter.
