2014 Air blower issues

Hi, I have a 2014 frontier with 168062 miles. About two months ago, I managed to get sideswiped by a tornado in Little Rock. My AC blower got stuck on high after that. I replaced the blower motor resistor, and that was that. Today while idling, I noticed it started to alternate between low and high, like it’s not getting the right amount of power. Any suggestions?
