I have been doing non stop suction/binding/pumping for at least 8 hours a day the last couple of weeks with gradually increasing intensity and it has been going well until the last few days. Curious what others do to prevent and heal blisters as quickly as possible. My nipples are struggling to keep up with my determination. My body is failing me. I have been making so much noticeable progress and I don’t want to let up now. Help! 😥
