Well, there are lots of issues, but let's start with this: The swiftkey iOS known issues page. Let us borrow the efforts spent by our friends over at swiftkey and just see the list of bugs caused by iOS rather than swiftkey (or any other third party keyboard for that matter).
Other than that, I'll be working on these issues. Please report your version number while you're at it.
