Should I buy a 2DS/3DS or a WiiU?

I was about to buy a used Wii u on eBay, but then I considered a 3ds as another option. I would probably play more games on the Wii u but the 3ds would be more portable for me. Also, I would have to worry about so many accessories. What's a good price for both of them? I was thinking $150 for the 3ds or 2ds(the new xl series) and $200 for the Wii u.
