There is a lot of fondness over Donkey Kong 64(speaking from my own experience). Plus I loved the multi-player mode in that game! However I haven't played the game since it released so it is possible the game has not aged well, my question is more so about what that game represented. Changing the norms of a Donkey Kong game, and making it a 3D platformer.
I see complaints toward some series not experimenting with the formula enough, I've specifically seen that towards the Star Fox Franchise. So I wonder if people feel the same way about the Donkey Kong franchise, the last few have been well received but do people wish for more from the Donkey Kong franchise?
