Who actually made the manual images for the original Legend of Zelda?
Post Body

Did Nintendo actually make them in-house, or did they contract out to an actual anime studio to make them? Because the images look exactly like stills from an old 80’s anime that I used to watch as a kid called “Grimm’s Fairy Tale Classics” that came on Nickelodeon in the early 90’s (Even the character designs look like the characters from it!). I’m just curious if anybody has any idea about it.

Edit: I guess I should adjust my words: they don’t look like exact stills, but more like they could come from it. Sorry for the confusion.
