People are always asking for my recipes, so I just had to share this one today. It's incredibly light and creamy, with a frozen whipped yogurt-like texture. Perfect for breakfast or a snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chocolate Fairlife Whole Milk
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (microwaved until liquid)
- 2 tablespoons PB Powder
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice-Cream Flavor Protein Powder (you could also use chocolate for extra richness!)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a tub using a handheld immersion blender.
- Freeze the mixture overnight.
- The next day, transfer it to a Ninja blender and run a 4-minute cycle on the 'lite ice cream' setting.
This treat is seriously amazing and has earned a spot in my regular recipe rotation. The cottage cheese adds the perfect creamy texture with a slight tang, reminiscent of real cheesecake. It's delicious, low in sugar, and packed with protein. For an extra twist, Iām considering blending in some graham crackers on a quick respin next time. Enjoy!
