So we ordered a ninja creami about a week ago, and we had issues with the power so we called and claimed the warranty. They said they were only sending a base but sent a whole unit. So now we have a new one and an iffy old one. Will they ask me to return the old unit? Could I return the old one back to costco? I don’t want to get double charged but they never sent a shipping label or asked me to send it after doing the video call with their people. Thanks in advance
