My first successes! Pineapple and pear, honey, vanilla sorbets

Finally! I've had 4 unsuccessful attempts at ice cream and finally got these two right. The pineapple is just a tin of crushed pineapple in juice. It froze with no hump. Mixed on sorbet plus a re-spin. The pear is tinned pears in juice, vanilla bean paste and a tablespoon of honey, blended together then frozen. Also froze with no hump and blended on sorbet re-spin.
