I've been a diehard fan for over 30 years and to me Trent's masterpiece has always been The Fragile. Everything about that album changed how I thought about music. Here is another thing. I'm not a huge fan of downward spiral. Definitely listen to it the least in my rotation and don't plan on ever buying the record. I've only given it maybe 4 listens and haven't listened from start to finish in over a year so I'm going to try yet again. It bothers me that I don't get the appeal. I feel like im missing something. Don't get me wrong there are some great tracks but when talking masterpiece from start to finish, production, etc., The Fragile is second to none. I get it everyone has their own taste but I'm convinced I'm missing something here.
The Fragile, to me, has much higher highs but far lower lows
