First, thank you to everyone who continues to participate in our sub! I'm happy to see it continue to grow. We've added another mod to the team and I'd like to welcome them.
A couple of things have been happening more recently that I'd to remind everyone of. Even though it's the last rule (because it was added most recently), rule 6 is being missed frequently. If you are posting a photo, the camera and lens used MUST be included in the post. This can be either in the title or as a comment. I will remind an individual user once, then any future posts missing this info will be removed. There are a couple of reasons for this. First, it helps ensure that the photo is relevant to the Nikon Z series. If it isn't, it doesn't belong here. Second, it helps promote beneficial discussions about gear and it's capabilities.
The other reminder is Rule 1. Be kind. Recently I've had to remind multiple users of this and even had to shut down a thread because of how it degenerated. Overall this is a great community and we have wonderfully productive discussions. Let's all do our part and keep it that way.
Last reminder, NSFW tags. Not Safe For Work literally means just that. Any photo or discussion that might reasonably cause offense at work should be flagged as such. This includes any blood and guts, nudity, implied nudity, lingerie, swimwear, etc. If you have a question about it, please ask. If you see something you think should be flagged, please report it and we will review it.
I'd like feedback on adding a rule requiring all photo/video submissions must be original content. Please comment below.
Thank you again everyone and happy shooting!
