Birding with the Nikon Z7ii

Nikon Z7ii / 24-200 lens bird photography, all shot on Auto to get an idea for settings. Shooting info for each shot (all F6.3):
- ISO 1100, 1/250
- ISO 25600, 1/3200
- ISO 25600, 1/3200
- ISO 25600, 1/3200
- ISO 400, 1/400 (unfortunately blurry)
Wondering about these settings and trying to hone in on more appropriate settings. Also thinking I need a larger lens for longer shots to be less pixelated unless there is another way. Any tips appreciated!
