Z50 viewfinder and LCD screen not working

Before sending the camera off for repair, I thought I’d ask to see if anyone else has had this issue. Only getting a black screen on my viewfinder and the LCD screen only displays anything when flipped down(self portrait mode ). The viewfinder toggle isn’t helping either.
Any thoughts?
