The game crashed and now the realm card machine is stuck in use.

Hello All, the game crashed while opening the realm card machine. Now when I hover over it it just says "Realm Card Machine in Use". This is for my home realm so now our whole friend group, who has been playing from the same realm is stuck in the same place.
Has anyone encountered this and had any luck?
