So what I saw is he came running out the door of a bar and was screamingâ theyâre going to kill me tonightâ. He was then stripping off his pants. There were a few people trying to restrain/calm him down. Police officers showed up. They brought a few horses. Restrained him. I believe he was tased a few times. I saw him restrained, but I didnât see him taken away in a cop car (I walked away). I donât want to speculate, but it seemed that he was inebriated in some capacity.
