There's a sketch from All That! that I saw several years ago, but don't remember what season it was in. I tried searching up phrases that are similar to the plot of the sketch, but to no avail. Hopefully someone here can help me out.

I remember the sketch being about one of the characters making a cloning machine and he uses a strand of hair from a different cast member. He runs the machine and a tall, adult, black man comes out with the blonde hairstyle and quirky personality of the little girl who's hair was used. Everyone starts panicking and then the cast member who's hair was used makes eye contact with the clone. The clone then freaks out and jumps down an elevator shaft.
