Are there any walk in clinics that aren’t too busy?

I need a prescription but my family doctor lives in my old town and can’t talk to me until next week. The only walk-in clinic I know of (by the new metro) always has a wait of 3 hours. Is there anywhere I can go or someone I can call that can write me a prescription without needing to wait hours to be seen?
