Raiders |
over |
Rams |
The Rams are on a six-game losing streak, with injuries to Stafford and Kupp. Conversely, Vegas is on a three-game winning streak trying to make a playoff push. The Raiders sweep the L.A. teams in back-to-back weeks. |
Bills |
over |
Jets |
Buffalo will be looking to avenge the Week 8 loss to the Jets. White has put up back-to-back 300-yard games for New York, but it's going to be tough to keep up with Allen. The Bills maintain their lead in the AFC. |
Bengals |
over |
Browns |
Should be a good division Ohio matchup. Cincy's last loss was the Halloween stomping against said Browns, and Burrow is 0-4 as a starter against Cleveland. The Bengals keep it moving in the right direction, but Cleveland keeps it close. |
Cowboys |
over |
Texans |
Texas matchup. Dallas is averaging 180 rushing yards while Houston's run defense allows 169 yards. Pollard and Zeke will take advantage of this and keep the Cowboys rolling. |
Vikings |
over |
Lions |
Despite Detroit being favored, their last three meetings were won by a combined eight points with Minnesota winning two of those. They'll definitely put up a great fight, but the Vikings have better talent on the field and will put this one away. |
Titans |
over |
Jaguars |
The Titans have are on a two-game binger, but the Jags could offer a get-well game, especially for the running game. Henry, who has averaged just 34 rushing yards the last two weeks, breaks out of the slump and has a 100-yard day. |
Eagles |
over |
Giants |
I think New York will make this close, but Hurts is playing MVP football right now and Philly has a combined rushing average of 375 yards the last two weeks. They'll keep the running game going this week for another win. |
Ravens |
over |
Steelers |
Will Lamar play? That's making this a hard pick, so I'm assuming Huntley gets the start for now. Pittsburgh has won two in a row and is playing with more confidence in rookie Pickett. Baltimore, needs to find a way to break a four-game losing streak against their AFC North rivals. |
Chiefs |
over |
Broncos |
This was touted as one of the great matchups of 2022. Instead we got the bargain bin matchup where KC will use Denver as a get-well punching bag. Hackett's seat is not only on fire, but spikes are starting to come out. |
Buccaneers |
over |
49ers |
I'm not sure at all about this pick. While Brady pulled another win out of his ass last week, it was against a shitty Saints team that couldn't stay on the field to deny Brady a chance to win. His performance was abysmal aside from that last drive. Conversely, Purdy will be starting his first time after being called in last week. The Niners defense will make this low-scoring, but Brady does what he does and wins another close one. |
Seahawks |
over |
Panthers |
Baker was dropped during the Panthers' bye and I think Walker is starting now. Geno Smith is averaging 275 passing yards over the last four games, keeping Seattle in playoff contention. They should get another win this week. |
Chargers |
over |
Dolphins |
The Dolphins need to make another long road trip. Both O-lines are injury-riddled for Tua and Herbert. Herbert will be motivated about the chatter Tua was the better first-round pick in 2020 and Ekeler will be a massive problem for Miami's weary defense. I can see this being a close one. |
Cardinals |
over |
Patriots |
The Pats' defense has trouble with dual threat QBs like Murray, along with him passing to Hopkins and Brown in the air. Arizona can contain the run well and make it tough on Mac Jones up front. The bye helps Kingsbury get the most out of his team needing a win to save his job. |
Yeah, that's a brain fart on my part. Was thinking of these two teams' last matchups. Need coffee.
