The TNF crew isn't looking forward to this one. Washington's defense is terrible against the pass, and the Bears don't pass well. Chicago's defense is terrible against the run, and the Commanders don't run well. If Chicago trusts Fields to throw downfield that will be the slight difference they need to win. |
49ers |

Falcons |
Atlanta got the Brady/ref treatment last week and unfortunately there won't be a get-well game to bounce back. San Fran has been hit harder on injuries, but they're still loaded enough to create problems for the Falcons. |
Patriots |

Browns |
The Patriots defense will show up again this week to contain Chubb and the running game forcing Brissett to become one-dimensional. Whoever the Pats' QB is will rely heavily on Stevenson to carry the load. |
Packers |

Jets |
Both teams had stunner performances last week, one better than the other. With the Packers back at Lambeau, they'll be able to handle this other New York team differently. Look for Jones to run quite a bit, allowing for Rodgers make some pressure-free plays. |
Jaguars |

Colts |
It's hard to know which Jags or Colts team will show up this week. The Jags shut out the Colts in Week 2 but have two straight losses recently. The Colts started slow but recently shocked the Chiefs and Broncos. Expect more unpredictability from Lawrence and Ryan this week. Coin flip to the kind of upset. |
Vikings |

Dolphins |
Miami started off hot, but injuries have made it difficult for them to maintain momentum. There won't be an answer from Miami for Jefferson and Cook will stay hot in the running game. |
Bengals |

Saints |
A bunch of connections in this matchup. The Bengals' LSU connections with Burrow and Chase. Saints fans still love Hendrickson and Bell. And Dalton gets to face off against his long-time old team. The Taysom Hill show became more of the main attraction last week, but there's still uncertainty on when we'll see Thomas, Landry and Olave back. Expect Allen to be generous with the blitz against Burrow, but there are too many weapons for him in the passing game to think NOLA can keep pace. |
Ravens |

Giants |
Closer than most think. Jackson will still lead in the rushing game with a little bit of Andrews sprinkled in. The Giants' defense will slow them down, making this a low-scoring game. Baltimore's CBs will get to New York's depleted receivers, forcing Barkley to try and win the game for them. Look for a FG to win this. |
Buccaneers |
over |
Steelers |
The Bucs can't be cruising like they did against Atlanta and hope to squeak by with a ref-assisted win. Brady needs to utilize Fournette and his WRs to step on the gas early. I can't see Pickett out-dueling Brady this week. |
Rams |
over |
Panthers |
Hard to tell how the team will do under Wilks taking over for Rhule. Look for a lot of CMC on Carolina's side with their defense forcing Stafford to rely on Kupp in the passing game. Picking L.A. for coaching reasons. |
Cardinals |
over |
Seahawks |
The Cards are historically not a good matchup for the Hawks based on whoever's running the ball along with Murray. Seattle has no coverage answers for Brown, Ertz and Moore. They will attack outside for some big pass plays with Geno Smith, but he's going to be out-dueled all-around by Murray. |
Bills |
over |
Chiefs |
AFC Game of the Week. Both 4-1 teams are going to put on a show Sunday afternoon. Both Allen and Mahomes will make big unbelievable plays throughout the game and while the Chiefs pulled out an insane win last week, I think Von Miller will have a banner game limiting Mahomes and containing CEH. Buffalo is my uneasy pick for this matchup. |
Eagles |

Cowboys |
NFC Game of the Week. And divisional, no less. Philly's averaging 27 PPG while Dallas is surrendering 14.4 PPG. This will be a low-scoring slugfest probably decided by a FG.. in OT... coming off an INT... or something along those lines. |
Chargers |
over |
Broncos |
The Broncos are battered with injuries and none of that is good for Wilson to break out of his slump. The Chargers will be able to keep their running game up with Ekeler while Herbert hangs in to pick them apart. |
