Could the Browns have won more games this year?

Im a browns fan and I watched repeatedly as the browns seemed to repeatedly be unable to finish games strong this year. Im wondering what do people think. Was it simply not enough talent on the roster? were the players not motivated? or do you think it was poor coaching not capitalizing on opportunities?
