Hello Everyone!

I'm here to announce an exciting new offseason series and ask for wonderful volunteers to contribute content.

If you've been around /r/nfl as long as I have, or half as long for that matter, then you probably know that this sub generally operates with it's analysis lying somewhere from around 2010-present. This issue is due to the significantly low average age of the users who contribute here. My goal with the Everything You Ever Wanted To Know Series is to change that.

How it's going to work:

From April to August, each month will be a decade. Each day during the month, an in-depth post will be made describing the history of a different team during that decade. (To make this easier, I have required that a team exist for at least 4 seasons during a decade to qualify a post, you're welcome 66 and 76 expansion teams)

For example, on April 6th, you would see a post entitled "Everything You Ever Wanted To Know: 60s Atlanta Falcons" and the post would go in-depth about the Falcons teams in the late 60s and the birth of the franchise.

Volunteering

In a perfect world, no one would have to do more than one decade, but if we are short on volunteers, I'm sure there are some among us who are willing to do more.

Please comment in this thread if you would like to sign up, but also comment if you would like to work with the people who sign up, I highly encourage group efforts so that we can great through all of these. This is a massive undertaking, so if you would like to help manage the series, I'd love to have you, please shoot me a PM.

I will also be looking for people who are willing to step in on short notice so please leave a note in your comment if you are willing to be tapped if a writer is unable to write for some reason.

Oh and please for the love of god, if there's a mistake in here or anywhere else, please tell me.
