I've said all along that Wilson needed to retire if there was any threat of him losing a quarterback competition to Fields. Only way Wilson doesn't play is if he's hurt.

I don't care about Wilson's leash. He's bordering on being out of the league soon because his play isn't justifying his asking price.
And you can look at the tape and see how bad Fields is. Russell Wilson being slightly better doesn't change that.
