For context im trying to install the ranged weapons overhaul

It says under instalation that " To install and patch the names you will need to use the item.msgbnd.dcx file and replace yours in Eldenring\game\msg\engus folder. YOU MUST HAVE DUMPED YOUR GAME WITH UXM SO YOU CAN PATCH OVER IT WITH THIS ITEMS MSG FILE. "
but ive looked everywhere and cant find what that means, googling how to dump the game doesnt even tell me what that means let alone how to do it, all google shows is people installing other mods that dont need this step they all just drag and drop, is there something im missing?
