Vortex Not Downloading New Mods

Hey I'm having an issue with Vortex. Every time I've tried to install a mod, I get the error pictured. I've tried logging out, restarting, reinstalling both the game and mod manager. Yet nothing has worked. I also tried to just download the mod manually and them drop it in the mod manager. But when I click manual download on Nexus, it just sits there saying loading and never begins the download. Tried googling and couldn't find anything either, so I figured I'd ask
