The first issue is that it was unable to even locate blade and sorcery on my computer so I tried to locate it myself. Before you suggest that I put it in the wrong location I assure I tried to make the folder location for Vortex in each location remotely related to B&S at least once. If that’s not enough I even looked through a mod tutorial and used the location they listed and got the same response.

My current blade and sorcery is the most recent update and unless Vortex had an update within the few hours I downloaded it it’s up to date as well.

Tl;dr No matter where I list the mod folder for B&S it’s unable to find the tool to start the game.
