How do I purge vortex from my system?

I’ve moved on to using MO2 but vortext still opens up everytime I click download with manager. There seems to be no uninstaller or hand. I’ve tried deleting it’s files and everything but it still opens up everytime I try to download with manager. It just wont stay dead. How do I purge it, uninstall it and get it out of my system??
