Wifi tethering doesn't seem to work for CM11, CyanogenMod

I just installed CM11, snapshot 3 yesterday. Everything looks good, except I couldn't get the wifi tethering feature to work. It work fine before on stock, but now, I can broadcast the signal, but the laptop always stayed in "limited connection". Anyone else has the same issue? Thanks in advance.

I have T-mobile unlimited data.
