useChat cutting streaming response short?

Hello, I am running the AI chat bot vercel template (https://vercel.com/templates/next.js/nextjs-ai-chatbot) and using the useChat hook for talking with GPT-4o. When running locally, I have successfully chatted and completed 100 messages no problem.

On prod, however, sometimes after a message response is streaming for just 5-10 seconds, the stream ends (isLoading stops) and the message ends prematurely.

I’m having trouble figuring out how to recreate this to debug it. But it has happened several times. Has anyone else experienced this? It would make my day to figure out how to fix. Thank you!
