While incrementally migrating from pages-router to app-router, how do you keep the state management in sync?

Post Body
I have in my large app both react-query and redux-toolkit, when navigating from a page with pages-router to a page with app-router, I am losing the context and cache... I have an empty redux store and an empty react-query cache...
any tips on how to overcome such an issue?
