Bruh thatā€™s a little unnecessary.

As someone from a rural area I have travelled and been in denser areas.

I hate it, itā€™s claustrophobic.

Itā€™s completely normal to not like such a drastic change in living situations. Even if youā€™ve lived somewhere all your life it doesnā€™t mean you necessarily like the conditions - thereā€™s plenty of rural folks who like the city and vice versa.

Also, ā€œother parts of the worldā€ is not a bullet proof vest. A lot of places can be not very fun to live in for specific reasons. As a woman I feel like I wouldnā€™t like living somewhere where women have to go to a menstrual hut for example, or gay men might not like living somewhere they have to be in the closet, etc, despite this being ā€œnormalā€ for people who live there.

So you can be surrounded by tons of people but also isolated.

As opposed to not surrounded by tons of people and have a bit of community with the few that there are.

Also, you donā€™t just stay in your apartment all day you kinda have to go outside.

This apartment building houses more people than my hometown. The bigger you go the less community there is generally.

Apartment buildings are one thing, but the sheer size of this one is a bit staggering.

You have more nature overall on the planet but not necessarily accessible to you.

As someone from a rural area, Iā€™ll take my trees sprinkled everywhere over a wild nature reserve Iā€™ve gotta commute to.

Objectively this might be better for the environment but it isnā€™t better for human sanity imo.
