Does ND target certain personality types for lead and Reviewer roles? You'd think that expecting individuals to moderate a community without compensation would be considered unfair and unsustainable and that's from the perspective that volunteer moderation is a short-term solution and not a long-term strategy for maintaining a healthy online community. How is it that ND is able to keep moderators working for free and what does it have to do with the types of people that are selected to become moderators?
