I want to make it clear, this is for serious questions only and not for "a hating on security guards" crap fest. If you're here to troll, I will ignore you.

I'd also like to preface this with an acknowledgement, I have only been a guard since February of this year, because of extenuating and almost unbelievable circumstances. This wasn't my first, second, third or even tenth choice. I just needed a job so i wouldn’t be homeless.

I work for a security company not for myself, though I am qualified as a private security officer.

With the recent horrific fatality in Sandringham, I wanted people to have somewhere to ask questions they may have, especially since now more people are calling for extra security measures.

My only question for you is what you think security guards SHOULD be doing.
